Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CommPR Academy. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website (collectively, the "Service"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Service. By using the Service, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Eligibility

The Service is offered and available to users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing eligibility requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Service.

Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion, including if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.

User Content

Our Service may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials ("User Content"), such as comments, forum posts, or assignments.

All User Content must comply with the content standards set out in these Terms. You understand that you are responsible for all User Content that you submit or contribute, and you, not CommPR Academy, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

By providing any User Content on the Service, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material according to your account settings.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above.
  • All of your User Content does and will comply with these Terms.

We have the right to:

  • Remove or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
  • Take any action with respect to any User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion.
  • Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights.
  • Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Service, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. We assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Use the Service to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Use the Service to impersonate or attempt to impersonate CommPR Academy, a CommPR Academy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm CommPR Academy or users of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by CommPR Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
  • If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

You must not:

  • Modify copies of any materials from the Service.
  • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
  • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Service.
  • Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Service or any services or materials available through the Service.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Service in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any content on the Service is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by CommPR Academy. Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Payment Terms

Some of our Services require payment. If you enroll in a paid course or program:

  • You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis and in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including your legal name, address, telephone number, and payment information.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.
  • We may offer promotional pricing or discounts. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered pricing and discounts.
  • If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with us or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a course or program for which you have paid, you may request a refund according to the following terms:

  • For course enrollments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials.
  • For program enrollments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the program materials or participated in more than one live session.
  • After the 14-day period, or if you have accessed more than 25% of the materials, refunds are provided at our discretion and may be prorated based on your progress.
  • To request a refund, you must contact us in writing and provide the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or content that are not owned or controlled by CommPR Academy.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or resources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third-party content. You acknowledge and agree that CommPR Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or resources.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER COMMPR ACADEMY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH COMMPR ACADEMY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER COMMPR ACADEMY NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH COMMPR ACADEMY REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

COMMPR ACADEMY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL COMMPR ACADEMY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CommPR Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and your right to use the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to initiate dispute resolution through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which allows consumers and traders to resolve disputes relating to online purchases.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CommPR Academy regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
